Refunds Are Not Given By Us

Given the nature of digital content that can be downloaded instantly after a purchase has been made; there is no ‘trial’ or ‘grace period’ after purchasing a subscription or any product, which means all sales are final. Once you have downloaded an item, there is no way to ‘return’ it. As such refunds cannot be provided unless we have made changes to these terms that materially affect you to your detriment.

Refund requests will not be entertained by any means if any product has already been downloaded.

For refund requests, we will assess refund requests on their merits but generally, there is no obligation to provide a refund if:

  • you have changed your mind;
  • you subscribed by mistake;
  • you ask for goodwill;
  • you lack the technical ability to make the item work;
  • you can no longer download the item because it has been removed from our website;
  • you are in breach of our fair play policy.

In addition, we inform you that BuyGPLPlugin is not a manufacturer company and is not responsible for the performance of the downloaded products, whether they meet your expectations or whether the products work efficiently. If this is not acceptable to you, please do not purchase any services or products from us. We will not respond positively to any refund request in this regard.

For the membership plans do not have access to “protected files”. If you still buy one of these plans, it means you accept it.

Some products not included any package. Please check the product descriptions first. We will not provide a membership fee for that you are not able to download them

Exchange Is Prohibited In Case Of

We will not offer exchanges for:

  • Issues arising from incompatibility with your specific WordPress version, plugins, or themes. We recommend checking compatibility information before purchase.
  • User error or lack of understanding of how to use the product.
  • Issues that can be resolved with the help of our documentation or support team.

Technical Errors and Exchanges

If you encounter a technical error with a purchased plugin or theme that prevents it from functioning as advertised, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of your purchase by raising a ticket to us. Please include the following information in the ticket description:

  • Order number
  • Name of the plugin or theme experiencing the technical error
  • A detailed description of the technical error you are encountering

Our support team will investigate the issue and work with you to find a suitable replacement.
